APPROACH
Families are the place where we learn how to love and how to hate
My approach is client-centered. We begin by exploring your past together, looking at your family history and the experiences you had as a child with those around you — parents or guardians, family members, friends, teachers, or other significant people. Early experiences play a large role in shaping your unconscious beliefs, behaviors, and patterns, which in turn influence how you grow and function as an adult.
Reality check
Together, we’ll examine how these past experiences may have unconsciously shaped your emotions and behaviors and how they continue to affect you today. I will support you in making connections and increasing your awareness of these patterns, helping you understand your actions as natural responses to difficult experiences — rather than seeing them as proof that something is “wrong” with you.
Survival and protection
Many of your unconscious beliefs, behaviors, and patterns developed as ways to create safety and protect you — they are survival mechanisms. In our work together, we will identify your key survival strategies and explore how they serve you. I will guide you in understanding and managing your fears, helping you cultivate a sense of safety within yourself and in the present moment.

Helping you thrive, not just survive.
Step by step, you’ll start to feel more aware and in control of the patterns that once helped you survive. You’ll gain a deeper understanding of yourself, learn to care for and comfort yourself, and find ways to move forward without relying on the old survival mechanisms that tied you to past pain. Through this process, you can begin to truly live in the present and experience life with more safety, self-trust, and compassion.
